Directions for use:
For men only: Use 3 capsules daily in divided servings. Use 1 capsule immediately upon waking, followed by 1 capsule 30 minutes before intense weight-training and the final capsule before bed.
On non-training days: Simply use 3 capsules spread evenly throughout the day.
Do not exceed 3 capsules daily.
Products such as Methoxy-7-Test do not have to be used in a cyclic manner, simply use continuously.
